OPatch 13.9.4.2.4 Install Altering the Groups and Users of the ORACLE_HOME Folder Permissions or ACLs (Doc ID 2704595.1)

Symptoms

After installing Opatch 13.9.4.2.4, it is altering the groups and users of the Oracle_Home folder in Windows 2016. Basically, it breaks the entire inheritance chain and previous access and reapplying certain permissions or ACLs (Access Control List) to the ORACLE_HOME folder.

Before installing Opatch, notice the access is inherited from D:\Oracle\ and AD group under permission entries.

After the installation, notice that under "inherited from" column, it shows as NONE and it also removed the AD group and added the user which is part of the AD group.
