On : APEX 18.1.0.00.45 version, Administration
When attempting to upload a report template layout and a static file to the workspace
the following error occurs.
ERROR

" Exceeded the maximum limit in size for all workspace files"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access APEX Builder and open an application
2. Go to Shared Components Create Report Query, Select a Report Layout to be loaded
3. Or Go to Shared Components and try to upload a workspace static image
