Multi-Select Option List Doesn't Allow For Selection of Certain Values With Same Prefix (Doc ID 2704963.1)

Symptoms

After creating a Multi-Select option list that contains values starting with same prefix they have to be selected in a particular order or you will be unable to select some of the values.

Examples of values containing same prefix and the results:

Example A - Multi Select Option List created with the following

      EU, EU-Germany

1. Selecting in this order works: EU, EU-Germany
2. Selecting in this order does NOT work: Eu-Germany, Eu (unable to add EU to the selection)

Example B - Multi Select Option List created with the following

      N, NQ, NQQ

1. Selecting in this order works: N, NQ, NQQ
2. Selecting in this order does NOT work: NQQ, NQ, N (unable to add NQ or N to the selection)
