Symptoms
When a Popup LOV item is used on a modal page, and where the Popup LOV is
based on a Shared List of Values with multiple columns, keyboard navigation
breaks and the user is not able to move down the list of options using the
DOWN arrow key. This was reported on the OTN forums here:
