After Login to Sites UI, it shows junk character and throws "TypeError: Cannot Read Property 'appendChild' Of Null" in browser console. (Doc ID 2705709.1)

Symptoms

After login ti Sites UI, junk characters are seen and below error is thrown in the Browser Console.
