An application running on Websphere Application Server 220.127.116.11 and using JDBC 18.104.22.168 calls many Oracle stored procedures.
The application randomly reports "Invalid Cursor" exceptions on one of the stored procedures. When the application server is restarted, the exception is not seen for some time, and then it reappears.
