Rollback Does Not Work As Expected After Canceling Import (Doc ID 2706593.1)

Symptoms

When you import some data into a table and encounter some ORA errors (such as ORA-00001), you click Cancel button and SQL Developer responds saying all the inserted data has been rolled back. However, you check and the inserted data is actually still there.
