"readDomain" Fails With "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException" after Unpacking the Domain (Doc ID 2707028.1)

Symptoms

Weblogic 12.1.3 domain only contained one admin server, no any other managed server.

In order to copy domain to new server, executed the pack and unpack commands.

Server is running on new domain , but  "readDomain" is failing when starting WLST to read new domain create on new server.    It is confirmed that Admin Server is running when executing readDomain on new server.
