1) U sing Forms 6i against 8.1.7.4.0 Database.

2) A Database link is created from the local database connecting to a remote 8.1.7.4.0 Database.

3) In one of the Program Units, a sequence in the remote database is accessed

For ex:

select sequence.nextval@dblink into v_seq from dual.

4) Compiling the Program Unit crashes the 6i Form Builder.

5) The problem does not occur with Forms 9i.
