Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

Problem accessing wsdl file from mds in Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4

The customer is  facing intermittent issue while trying access mds artifacts such as wsdls, xsds. Intermittently, it's throwing return NULL definition when parsing WSDL error.
