All Non-Readable Characters are Displayed in Infrastructure 12c Installer (Doc ID 2708242.1)

The Oracle Universal installer of Infrastructure 12c, displays all unreadable characters as shown in the below screen.

When text copied from OUI to notepad it shows valid characters.

The issue happens only when using putty and connect to server as ssh, then export DISPLAY, and use xterm to launch the GUI.

The problem persisted even after installing all the required OS font packages.

The same problem is not seen using using database Universal Installer(OUI).
