Symptoms

 After upgrading WebLogic from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, multicastmonitor utility does not work out of the box similar to 12.1.3.
When encryption of multicast traffic is explicitly enabled on weblogic console and try to launch mulitcastmonitor on the 12.2.1.4.0 cluster, it fails with the below errors:
