Call to Certain Apps From a Load Balancer Fails with "Failed to process the client header" (Doc ID 2709358.1)

The application calls made through a  Load Balancer (Netscaler in this case) via weblogic plugging fails with the following exception on the managed server where the application is targeted to fails with exceptions related to IP address not being valid.
