Exalogic ZFS Storage Head Reports Fault Message "The system has rebooted after a kernel panic" (Doc ID 2710128.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic racks (both Physical and Virtual) we notice ZFS Storage appliance report a fault/ASR indicating that system was rebooted after kernel panic.

Below is snippet of fault message we notice.

Reboot of ZFS head.
