Symptoms

After migrating the J2ee application from WebLogic 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4, the following error is thrown :

Issue is not seen with WLS 12.2.1.2. Issue happening with WLS 12.2.1.3 and WLS 12.2.1.4. Issue still persists even after applying latest PSU on WLS 12.2.1.4.
