Inactive Nodemanager Status in WebLogic Admin Console (Doc ID 2711683.1)

Symptoms

Nodemanager status shows inactive in WebLogic Admin console.

In Weblogic Admin Console , under 'Domain Structure' --> expand 'Environment' --> click on 'Machines'.
Select the 'Machine' for which you want to check the nodemanager status.
Select 'Monitoring' --> 'Node Manager Status'.
It shows as 'Inactive' .

 

 However in Nodemanager.log we can see the nodemanager is up and on SSL port :
