Symptoms

Attempting to run a form with 'otherparams=xxxxx=xxxxx' (for example: http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/forms/frmservlet?config=default&otherparams=query_only=yes) returns the following error:

Error opening Oracle*Terminal file fmrweb

If 'otherparams=xxxxx=xxxxx' is removed from the URL, the form runs without error.
