Clicking on "Launch Client" on the Capture /dc-client Page in IE 11 Returns "Failed to obtain the SystemInfo object from the server" (Doc ID 2711993.1)

Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture with <Patch:30869930>.
Using Oracle HTTP Server
Using Oracle Access Manager

Clicking the "Launch Client' button on the /dc-client page in Internet Explorer 11 return the below error:

Failed to obtain the SystemInfo object from the server

Performing the same action in Chrome works.  In this environment, users use Managed Attachments and initiate scanning through IE 11.
