Symptoms
Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.3.0 with <Patch:30869930>.
Using Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.3
Using Oracle Access Manager 11.1.1.9
Clicking the "Launch Client' button on the /dc-client page in Internet Explorer 11 return the below error:
Failed to obtain the SystemInfo object from the server
Performing the same action in Chrome works. In this environment, users use Managed Attachments and initiate scanning through IE 11.
