NameNotFoundException Occurs With Injected Ejb (Doc ID 2712279.1)

Symptoms

When an EJB is called which contains another EJB injected via @javax.ejb.EJB a NameNotFoundException occurs.
The problem only occurs when the different ejb-jars contain EJBs configured via ejb-jar.xml and EJBs configured via annotation.
