Deploying/undeploying Composites in Fusion Middleware Control (/em) fails after a long delay in one environment with the error:

Deployment Failed

Deploying "Dummy[1.0.sar]" failed

Summary

Deployment Target /Domain/soa_cluster

Deploying on SOA Folder "xxxxxx/soa/cluster"....

Deploying on "/Domain/soa_cluster" failed.
