FRM-92101 When Running A Form Based On Stored Procedure and using PLSQL_TABLE (Doc ID 271249.1)

Symptoms

1) The Block is based on Stored Procedure.

2) You are using PLSQL_TABLE.POPULATE_BLOCK built-in in one of the triggers to populate the block.

Whenever that trigger fires, the following error is encountered with a dump file:

FRM-92101: A failure has occurred on the Server. You will need to reestablish
your session.
Details...
Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session <1> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.


Extract from the dump file:

ERROR: Abnormal termination, Error Code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

Fault address: <FAULT_ADDRESS_ID> Module: <ORACLE_HOME>\bin\ifw90.dll
