Oracle WebCenter Portal Framework Application Migration Fails With "Error occurred while migrating the assets, asset type" (Doc ID 2712626.1)

Symptoms

Oracle WebCenter Portal framework application migration fails while migrating assets.

Following errors are logged in the logs:

FwkAppMigrationDiagnostic.log
