Symptoms

The OUD errors log continually shows the following error.
[<DATE_TIME>] category=SCHEMA severity=SEVERE_WARNING msgID=<MESSAGE_id>msg=The provided value 00000101000000Z is not a valid generalized time value because it represents an invalid time (e.g., a date that does not exist): java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: YEAR
