Failed Requests Auto Retries After Connection Timeout or Read Timeout (Doc ID 2713177.1)

Symptoms

When a request for a service in an OSB composite times out at reference of Connection Timeout and Read Timeout set, the service auto retries the failed request. 

Below is the log snippet observed in the server log when the service gets time out: 

Few seconds later, same timeout errors are observed in the server logs confirming the Auto retry behavior.

Changes

 No specific change in system configuration.
