Unable to Start UCM/WCC Managed Server On A Multi Node Cluster Thru The Node Manager As It Can't Be Reached On Remote Host (Doc ID 2714218.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
-----------------------
When building out a horizontal 2 node cluster following Doc ID 2055079.1 attempt to start managed server on AppHost2 thru the Node Manager fails.

Further, can't successfully telnet to that port.
-The node manager is started(port 5556).
-Can telnet to other listening ports from AppHost1 to AppHost2.
-Can telnet from AppHost2 to AppHost1 for both the Admin server and WCC ports.
-If the same 5556 ports are assigned.

Cannot reach the Node Manager on AppHost2 from AppHost1


STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Building a 2 node Horizontal Cluster.
2. Attempt to reach the Node Manager on AppHost2, from AppHost1 to start the managed server.
3. It can't be reached.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Admin(s) unable to reach the Node Manager on AppHost2 from AppHost1.

Only the Node Manager can't be reached going to/from AppHost1 and AppHost2.

Changes

 New cluster install.
