Symptoms


When trying to test the proxy service (that uses an owsm policy) in OSB 12.2.1.4, different behaviors are noticed:
1. when invoking through OSB console using FORM tab it works OK with out any issues
2. when invoking through OSB console using XML tab it fails with error
