On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Stuck threads in one of the managed nodes affected all the API calls

There are stuck threads in one of the managed nodes in OSB which has blocked the API's calls from sources in all the managed nodes. After bouncing the affected node the issue got resolved.
