Symptoms

While applying "SU Patch [CW49]: UNABLE TO DEPLOY A 1.1 GB EAR APPLICATION TO WEBLOGIC(Patch 18633088)" on top of WLS 10.3.6 with PSU patch applied, the following error is thrown:
