Managed Server fails to start after changing default WebLogic user password:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Security Realms >my realm > Users and Groups > Users.
Select the user name weblogic
Change the password.
2. Start the server and login with console with new credentials.
3. Start Managed server
WebLogic user password was changed.
