Symptoms

Oracle PCA (Private Cloud Appliance) environment upgraded from PCA 2.3.4 to 2.4.2. Then after applying July PSU, OSB Servers are not coming up in the RUNNING Mode in the Oracle PCA (Private Cloud Appliance) environment. See the following warning:
