Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, FMW Control
Unable to grant new user access to view soa instances flow trace in 12.2.1.3 version
In a environment with multiple authentication providers, seeing the error below while the newly created user under Default Authenticator listed second under Providers(Security Realms) with Monitors/Operators Group login to EM console and try to view the audit trail.
