Symptoms

In OAM 12.2.1.3 or later with fix 29541818 applied, which allows the Session Linking Token to be set as a session or other authentication/authorization response, OAM is unable to set a federation assertion attribute from the authentication response. For example an IdP assertion attribute TestSSOLink is set to $session.attr.<OAuth Identity Domain>.ssolinktok we see the following in the assertion generated:
