The customer is getting the following error randomly on a migrated OIM environment:
Exception thrown Unable to instantiate the workflow process due to: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException[[
oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.exception.IAMWorkflowException: Unable to instantiate the workflow process due to: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
at oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.impl.BPELProvider.initiate(BPELProvider.java:459)
at oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.impl.WorkflowServiceImpl.initiate(WorkflowServiceImpl.java:216)

There is also the following error:
