Managed Server Status Shows as "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" Even Though it is Running (Doc ID 2716820.1)

Managed server is started through startManagedWeblogic.sh and the status of server is showing as "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" in the weblogic console.

Seeing the below message in the managed server log.
