Symptoms

After 11g Upgrade to 12c Preview Goes to Old Host

After upgrading 11g to 12c, when previewing an asset, the url used is the old 11g host

Steps to reproduce:
- Logged into Contributor UI
- Loaded asset
- Selected Preview in New Window

A new window pops up and the browser url has the original host.

Changes

 Upgraded 11g to 12c
