Symptoms

PLATINUM FAULT Alert is triggered by the following monitoring rule

PLATINUM FAULT: LogFileMonitor:sys_occurrence_count Scanned /var/log/messages from line xxx to xxx. Found 1 occurence of the pattern [kernel:.*(error|crit|fatal)] with ignore pattern [last fsck|EXT4-fs|xvdb1];
