EL Set for Page Visibility is not Retained After Publishing Page (Doc ID 2718545.1)

Expression Language to control visibility of the page is removed after the page is published.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login in to WebCenter Portal
2. Create a new page
3. Edit the page and add content
4. Go to page information
5. Set an EL for page visibility under page status section:

#{securityContext.authenticated}

5. Publish the page
6. Go back to the page information and notice that the EL set for page visibility is not retained
