Symptoms
While working with the Forms Application after the upgrade to JRE 261 the application is failing with the error FRM-92102 along with the following errors reported on the Java Console.
The error stack in the Java console shows:
FRM-92102: A network error or server failure has occurred.
The Forms client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the Server 2 time(s) without success.
You will need to restart your application.
