"Issue Audit Messages Task" Job Itermittently Fails To Process AUD_JMS Records (Doc ID 2718832.1)

Symptoms

In OIG 12.2.1.4, intermittently the "Issue Audit Messages Task" job fails to process records from the AUD_JMS table with the following message written to the logs:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-04092: cannot ROLLBACK in a trigger
ORA-06512: at "COLL_OIM.OIM_PKG_MVIEW_TRIG_EVALFORM", line 178
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "COLL_OIM.OIM_PKG_MVIEW_TRIG_EVALFORM", line 80
ORA-06512: at "COLL_OIM.OIM_TRIG_MVIEW_STMTLEVEL", line 2
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger
'COLL_OIM.OIM_TRIG_MVIEW_STMTLEVEL'
