Documents Crawl Source is not Displayed in WebCenter Portal 12c (Doc ID 2719434.1)

When navigating in WebCenter Portal to Adminstration > Tools and Services > Search Settings > Scheduler tab, the "Documents" Crawl Source is not listed.  Just the "Portal" Crawl Source is listed.

This is a new install of WebCenter Portal with Elasticsearch configured following the documentation at:

Configuring WebCenter Content for Search

The managed server log shows:

[WC_Portal] [ERROR] [] [] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '39' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: weblogic] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: webcenter] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] [DSID: <DSID>] Service oracle.webcenter.doclib has not been configured for the application.
