Symptoms
Creating a human task definition fails with no errors and, on the second attempt, there is a dialog that keeps spinning indefinitely.
The issue occurs when creating the human task from a User task inside a BPM Process or directly in the composite.
The logs are empty, there is no information logged during this step.
Note: The issue was identified in JDev 12.2.1.4, but it likely affects earlier versions as well.
