Many Hogging Threads Observed on Class CachedCoordinator. Cache Initialization Blocks a Thread for a Very Long Time

Symptoms
It is noticed very high number of hogging threads in the WebLogic server after upgrade of the Operating System (linux from OL5 to OL6).
These are observed in an application WebLogic installation accessing SOA server in a remote server.
Much of the hogging threads have below stack trace:
Because of this problem, WebLogic servers need to be restarted every 3-4 hours and application becomes unavailable.
