EDQ Process Fails with "Com.datanomic.director.resource.rt.ResourceMorphException:Loadable Reference Data Row Limit Exceeded" (Doc ID 2720246.1)

Symptoms

While running an Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) process that encloses around 250,000 records in Staged Data, that has reference data linked to the staged data.
The process is calling the reference data to look up the Individual name during Parsing.
It works as expected when handling 99,999 records.
Anything beyond 99,999 errors out with the following:

 

The above case was reported for a process provided by OFSAA Transaction Filtering product but it could happen for any process.
