Symptoms

Custom Login page war file deployed based on

https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/dev.1112/e27134/custpages.htm

Language option on the login page has been enabled by running configOAMLoginPagePref. This works fine for default Login page but fails for 'CustomLoginPage'
