Sent and Received Timestamps are Adjusted when Documents are Checked in to WebCenter Content (Doc ID 2720388.1)

Symptoms

 

Email timestamps (sent and received) are increased by 4 hours when email messages (.msg) are checked in to Webcenter Content from Native UI or Outlook (DIS).

The new time stamps are verified when viewing the PDF created from the email message in the WCC instance.

The expected behavior is for the time stamps to remain unchanged, even if it when through IBR conversion
