Getting Errors When a SOA Composite Calls a Decision Service (Doc ID 2721259.1)

Intermittently getting the follow error when the SOA composite calls Decision Service.

Error Message: {}selectionFailure

Fault Time    Oct 12, 2020 11:03:12 AM
Non Recoverable System Fault :
<bpelFault><faultType>0</faultType><selectionFailure xmlns=""><part name="summary"><summary>The &lt;from> value is invalid. The result of from-spec is null. Either the from node value or the xpath query in the from node value was invalid. According to BPEL4WS spec 1.1 section 14.3, the from node value should not be empty. Verify the from node value at line number 250 in the BPEL source. </summary></part></selectionFailure></bpelFault>

The composite has not been modified in over a year.   How can this be resolved?
