Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

A response message from an external service is being “dropped” by OSB before OSB passes the message to SOA.

The flow is SAP > SOA > OSB > external partner  > OSB   > SOA  > SAP.

The message (payload) that is delivered to OSB at step five is truncated. Id est the message is incomplete and cut off.
