11g to 12c Upgrade Updates SystemInfo and RTInfo With Old Shared File Path

When performing an upgrade from 11g to 12c, part of the process involves copying the 11g data to the Sites 12c server:

If you copy the 11g Sites shared folder to the 12c server using a different path:
e.g.
11g server: /u00/Oracle11g/sites/Shared
- copied to 12c server as
12c server: /u00/temp/11gSites/SharedCopy

Then the SystemInfo defdir column and RTInfo defdir column will not be updated correctly when running Upgrade Assistant to upgrade the schema.
