Symptoms

Performing an upgrade from Capture 11.1.1.8.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 and receiving the following message when checking the CAPTURE schema:

Can't find resource for bundle oracle.odc.uaplugin.Resources, key MDS_READINESS_CHECK_EXTRA_VIEW

More info from the Readiness Check log shows the following:
