Unable To Install SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 ( Mac OS) (Doc ID 2724067.1)

Goal

We are not able to install the SOA Suite. We are in the process of upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4. We use Mac and Attached the set of instructions we used.
